Legion Preparatory Academy Bulldogs (Dallas, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Classen SAS Comets (Oklahoma City, OK), 43-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Legion Preparatory Academy upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Grind Prep (Oklahoma City, OK) to play the G.R.I.N.D in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The G.R.I.N.D go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Grind Prep won 69-58 in their recent non-league bout against NC GBB Academy National (Durham, NC)

Next up, the Comets play the Douglass Trojans (Oklahoma City, OK) in a All-City bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Classen SAS will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 50-39 non-league win over KIPP Tulsa University Prep (Tulsa, OK).
