Seymour Warriors (Seymour, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Diagonal Maroons (Diagonal, IA), 45-21 in a league bout.

With the win, Seymour upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Warriors host Orient-Macksburg (Orient, IA) to play the Bulldogs in a Bluegrass bout on Saturday, December 2. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Orient-Macksburg won 38-25 in their recent league bout against Moulton-Udell (Moulton, IA)

Next up, the Maroons play the Lamoni Demons (Lamoni, IA) in a Bluegrass bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Diagonal will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
