The Jefferson Bulldogs basketball team scored 70 points and held the host East Texas Homeschool Sports Chargers to 27 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Linden-Kildare for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Jefferson will battle a Tigers team coming off a 43-37 non-league loss to White Oak (White Oak, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 1-4.
The Chargers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against White Oak (White Oak, TX). The Roughnecks enter the non-league contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, White Oak triumphed over Linden-Kildare (Linden, TX), 43-37, in a non-league contest.
