    The Nichols Vikings basketball team (Buffalo, NY), was nudged 39-36 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Lewiston-Porter Lancers (Youngstown, NY)

    The Lancers now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nardin Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 23.

    The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Randolph (Randolph, NY). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record.
