Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Union Titans (Vancouver, WA) and the visiting Mountain View Thunder (Vancouver, WA), saw Union's basketball squad hold off Mountain View by a tally of 55-52.

With the victory, Union improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Titans host Kelso (Kelso, WA) to confront the Hilanders in a 3A Greater St. Helens challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Hilanders come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Thunder confront the Prairie Falcons (Vancouver, WA) in a 3A Greater St. Helens challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Mountain View will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
