North Carolina High School Basketball - Triton trounced by Cape Fear

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Cape Fear Colts basketball team scored a decisive 60-35 triumph over the Triton Hawks.

In their next game, the Colts face the Fairmont Golden Tornadoes (Fairmont, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 5. Cape Fear will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Golden Tornadoes enter the match with a 3-0 record after their 44-28 non-league win over Lumberton (Lumberton, NC).

With the defeat, Triton moves to 1-1 on the year. The Hawks travel to E.E. Smith (Fayetteville, NC) to face the Golden Bulls in a match on Tuesday, December 5. The Golden Bulls enter the match with a record of 2-1. E.E. Smith won 62-39 in their recent non-league match against Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC)
