The Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ) basketball crushed the visiting Cortez Colts (Phoenix, AZ), 60-33 in Friday's non-league test.
The Coyotes (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Estrella Foothills was trounced by Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ), 75-26, in a non-league test.
The Colts now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Prescott for a non-league test on Monday, December 4. Cortez will encounter a Badgers squad coming off a 55-44 non-league loss to Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ). The Badgers record now stands at 0-1.
