The Lassen Grizzlies basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the visiting Portola Tigers to 43 in the Grizzlies non-league victory on Friday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Quincy for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 2. Lassen will battle a Trojans team coming off a 62-55 non-league loss to Virginia City (Virginia City, NV). The Trojans record now stands at 1-1.
The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Virginia City (Virginia City, NV). The Muckers come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Virginia City triumphed over Quincy (Quincy, CA), 62-55, in a non-league contest.
