The Mackinaw City Comets bounced the host Engadine Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 65-42 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Comets play the Wolverine Wildcats (Wolverine, MI) in a Northern Lakes bout, on Thursday, December 11. Mackinaw City will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.

With the loss, Engadine falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Manistique (Manistique, MI) to play the Emeralds in a non-league bout on Friday, December 5. The Emeralds go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
