William Monroe Dragons (Stanardsville, VA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Rappahannock County (Washington, VA), 46-40 in a non-league contest.

The Dragons (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Goochland (Goochland, VA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
