Colorado High School Basketball - Stanton County ripped by McClave

The McClave Cardinals basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Stanton County Trojans to 34 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greeley County for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 11. McClave will meet a Jackrabbits team coming off a 74-14 non-league win over Walsh (Walsh, CO). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 3-0.

The Trojans (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Granada (Granada, CO). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Granada triumphed over Elkhart (Elkhart, KS), 49-48, in a non-league contest.
