South Walton Seahawks (Santa Rosa Beach, FL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Choctawhatchee Indians (Fort Walton Beach, FL), 63-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, South Walton upgrades its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Seahawks travel to Straughn (Andalusia, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 11. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 2-10. Straughn won 31-20 in their recent non-league bout against Walton (DeFuniak Springs, FL)

Next up, the Indians play the Florala Wildcats (Florala, AL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 11. Choctawhatchee will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 65-44 league win over Laurel Hill (Laurel Hill, FL).
