Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM), 68-63 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Atrisco Heritage Academy upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 3-1. La Cueva won 93-52 in their recent non-league bout against Highland (Albuquerque, NM)

Next up, the Chargers play the Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Albuquerque Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Pintos come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 80-47 non-league loss to Melrose (Melrose, NM).
