The Bellingham Red Raiders basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Nooksack Valley Pioneers to 47 in the Red Raiders league victory on Saturday.

The Red Raiders now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sedro-Woolley for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest on Tuesday, December 13. Bellingham will battle a Cubs team coming off a 84-54 league loss to Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA). The Cubs record now stands at 1-2.

The Pioneers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA). The Wildcats come into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Oak Harbor was defeated by Lynden (Lynden, WA), 62-30, in a league contest.
