Cambridge Bluejays (Cambridge, WI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Jefferson Eagles (Jefferson, WI), 57-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cambridge upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Bluejays host River Valley (Spring Green, WI) to play the Blackhawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 0-5. River Valley lost 53-29 in their recent non-league bout against Mineral Point (Mineral Point, WI)

Next up, the Eagles play the Big Foot Chiefs (Walworth, WI) in a Rock Valley bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Chiefs go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 77-32 league win over Whitewater (Whitewater, WI).
