The Washington-Marion Charging Indians (Lake Charles, LA) basketball nipped the host Carroll Bulldogs (Monroe, LA), 56-51 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Charging Indians (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Barbe (Lake Charles, LA). The Buccaneers go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Barbe was tipped by Terrebonne (Houma, LA), 49-47, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Southwood for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 14.
