Georgia High School Basketball - Cass thwarts Clarkston

December 10, 2022: Clarkston, GA 30021

The Cass Colonels (White, GA) basketball knocked off the host Clarkston Angoras (Clarkston, GA), 67-58 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Colonels (4-5) will now prepare for their test against Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Southeast Whitfield County notched a victory over Woodland (Cartersville, GA), 53-45, in a non-league test.

The Angoras now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Southwest DeKalb for a AAAA Region 6 test on Tuesday, December 13. Clarkston will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 47-46 non-league win over Columbia (Decatur, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-1.
