Chesaning Indians (Chesaning, MI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Swan Valley Vikings (Saginaw, MI), 69-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Chesaning upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Indians host Mt. Morris (Mt. Morris, MI) to play the Panthers in a Mid-Michigan bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Mt. Morris won 65-61 in their recent league bout against New Lothrop (New Lothrop, MI)

Next up, the Vikings play the Glenn Bobcats (Bay City, MI) in a Tri-Valley - East bout, on Friday, December 16. Swan Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
