The West Plains Wolves basketball team (Amarillo, TX), was overwhelmed 56-35 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Childress Bobcats (Childress, TX)
The Bobcats now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amarillo for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 13. Childress will confront a Sandies team coming off a 52-40 non-league win over Perryton (Perryton, TX). The Sandies record now stands at 16-1.
The Wolves (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Raiders come into the 4A Region I District 4 battle with a 9-5 record.
