St. Cloud Tech Tigers (St. Cloud, MN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Columbia Heights Hylanders (Columbia Heights, MN), 63-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Cloud Tech upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Sauk Rapids-Rice (Sauk Rapids, MN) to play the Storm in a AAA Section 8 bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Sauk Rapids-Rice lost 76-35 in their recent league bout against Alexandria (Alexandria, MN)

Next up, the Hylanders play the Richfield Spartans (Richfield, MN) in a AAA Section 6 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Columbia Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
