The Richfield Tigers topped the host Council Lumberjacks basketball team by a final score of 49-40 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Mackay Miners (Mackay, ID) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, December 13. Richfield will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Miners enter the game with a 2-2 record after their 81-18 league win over Clark County (Dubois, ID).
With the defeat, Council moves to 2-1 on the year. The Lumberjacks travel to Garden Valley (Garden Valley, ID) to face the Wolverines in a 1A Long Pin game on Friday, December 16. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 1-1.
