The Coupeville Wolves basketball team (Coupeville, WA), was nudged 73-71 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA)
The Turks now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bush for a 1A Emerald Sound battle on Tuesday, December 13. Sultan will battle a Blazers team coming off a 58-24 non-league win over Concrete (Concrete, WA). The Blazers record now stands at 2-1.
The Wolves (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Crescent (Joyce, WA). The Loggers come into the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Crescent edged Lake Quinault (Amanda Park, WA), 42-35, in a non-league battle.
