Eastern Eagles (Louisville, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host South Oldham Dragons (Crestwood, KY), 64-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Eastern upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Eagles host Henry Clay (Lexington, KY) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Henry Clay won 68-54 in their recent non-league bout against Tates Creek (Lexington, KY)

Next up, the Dragons play the Christian Academy-Louisville Centurions (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. South Oldham will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Centurions go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 63-60 non-league loss to Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, KY).
