The Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD) basketball nipped the visiting Madison Bulldogs (Madison, SD), 70-63 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Huskies (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Parker (Parker, SD). The Pheasants go into the A Region 4 test with a 0-1 record.
The Bulldogs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-Valley for a A Region 3 test on Tuesday, December 13.
