California High School Basketball - Yuba City topped by Foothill

December 10, 2022: Yuba City, CA 95991

The Foothill Cougars basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host Yuba City Honkers to 51 in the Cougars non-league victory on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Las Lomas for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 15. Foothill will battle a Knights team coming off a 64-54 non-league win over McClymonds (Oakland, CA). The Knights record now stands at 5-3.

The Honkers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Rosemont (Sacramento, CA). The Wolverine come into the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Rosemont was defeated by Placer (Auburn, CA), 77-55, in a non-league contest.
