The Geneva Knights basketball team (Winter Park, FL), was overwhelmed 54-33 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Winter Springs Bears (Winter Springs, FL)
The Bears now possess a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Howell for a 6A District 5 battle on Monday, December 12. Winter Springs will confront a Silver Hawks team coming off a 67-35 non-league loss to Master's Academy (Oviedo, FL). The Silver Hawks record now stands at 4-2.
The Knights (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Florida Prep (Melbourne, FL). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Florida Prep trounced Parkhurst Academy (Melbourne, FL), 43-23, in a non-league battle.
