Holy Cross Indians (Covington, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Scott County Cardinals (Georgetown, KY), 95-72 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Holy Cross upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Indians travel to Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY) to play the Colonels in a District 35 bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Colonels go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Covington Catholic won 79-70 in their recent non-league bout against Bracken County (Brooksville, KY)

Next up, the Cardinals play the Madison Central Indians (Richmond, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Scott County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 73-63 non-league loss to Ballard (Louisville, KY).
