The Holy Martyrs Armenian Armens basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Marshall Eagles to 43 in the Armens non-league victory on Saturday.
The Armens now sport a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buckley for a Independence contest on Tuesday, December 13. Holy Martyrs Armenian will battle a Griffins team coming off a 79-54 non-league win over Anaheim (Anaheim, CA). The Griffins record now stands at 6-4.
The Eagles (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain View (El Monte, CA). The Vikings come into the Mission Valley contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Mountain View was defeated by Servite (Anaheim, CA), 72-41, in a non-league contest.
