Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) and the host Pinkston Vikings (Dallas, TX), saw Jonesboro's basketball squad wallop Pinkston by a count of 65-39.

With the victory, Jonesboro upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Hurricane travel to Mills University Studies (Little Rock, AR) to play the Comets in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 4-2.

Next up, the Vikings play the Newman Smith Trojans (Carrollton, TX) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 16. Pinkston will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record.
