North Atlanta Warriors (Atlanta, GA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA), 57-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, North Atlanta upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host South Cobb (Austell, GA) to play the Eagles in a AAAAAA Region 4 bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 5-2. South Cobb won 60-52 in their recent non-league bout against Marietta (Marietta, GA)

Next up, the Longhorns play the Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Lambert will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 56-43 non-league loss to St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA).
