Lighthouse Christian Lions (Twin Falls, ID) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Marsing Huskies (Marsing, ID), 38-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lighthouse Christian upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Oakley (Oakley, ID) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, December 12. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Oakley lost 70-42 in their recent non-league bout against Grace (Grace, ID)

Next up, the Huskies play the Nampa Christian Trojans (Nampa, ID) in a 2A Western Idaho bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Marsing will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 60-51 non-league win over American Falls (American Falls, ID).
