Washington High School Basketball - Mount Vernon can't hold off Seattle Academy

The Seattle Academy Cardinals basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the host Mount Vernon Bulldogs to 76 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cardinals now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evergreen for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Seattle Academy will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 101-46 league loss to Renton (Renton, WA). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-3.
The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA). The Lyncs come into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Lynden Christian edged Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA), 84-54, in a league contest.
