The Valley Vikings basketball team scored 32 points and restricted the visiting Mt. Pleasant Vikings to 18 in the Vikings non-league victory on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knoch for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 15. Valley will battle a Knights team coming off a 66-32 non-league loss to Mars (Mars, PA). The Knights record now stands at 0-6.
The Vikings (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Norwin (North Huntingdon, PA). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Norwin was defeated by Yough (Herminie, PA), 48-40, in a non-league contest.
