Texline Tornadoes (Texline, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Quanah Indians (Quanah, TX), 63-44 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Texline upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Des Moines (Des Moines, NM) to play the Demons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Demons come into the bout with a record of 5-1. Des Moines lost 55-50 in their recent non-league bout against Raton (Raton, NM)

Next up, the Indians play the Guthrie Jaguars (Guthrie, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Quanah will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Jaguars come into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 72-46 non-league loss to Munday (Munday, TX).
