Texas High School Basketball - Allen Academy ripped by Union Grove

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Union Grove Lions basketball team scored a decisive 38-16 triumph over the Allen Academy Rams.
In their next game, the Lions meet the Harleton Wildcats (Harleton, TX) in a 2A Region III District 21 match, on Tuesday, December 13. Union Grove will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 47-44 non-league loss to Harmony (Big Sandy, TX).
With the defeat, Allen Academy moves to 7-2 on the year. The Rams host Providence Classical (Spring, TX) to meet the Paladins in a TAPPS 2A District 6 match on Friday, December 16. The Paladins enter the match with a record of 1-0.
