In Saturday's non-league outing, the Standing Rock Warriors (Fort Yates, ND) basketball squad beat the visiting Beach Buccaneers (Beach, ND), by a count of 56-37.
The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND). The Skyhawks go into the B Region 5 outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Shiloh Christian defeated Trinity (Dickinson, ND), 64-42, in a non-league outing.
The Buccaneers now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hebron-Glen Ullin for a non-league outing on Friday, December 16.
