The English Valleys Bears topped the visiting Lone Tree Lions basketball team by a final score of 51-43 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Bears face the Keota Eagles (Keota, IA) in a South Iowa Cedar game, on Tuesday, December 13. English Valleys will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record.
