The Firebaugh Falcons basketball team (Lynwood, CA), was overwhelmed 57-22 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Muir Mustangs (Pasadena, CA)

The Mustangs now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burbank for a Pacific battle on Tuesday, December 13. Muir will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-28 league loss to Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-4.

The Falcons (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Alhambra (Alhambra, CA). The Moors come into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Alhambra trounced Pomona Catholic (Pomona, CA), 52-16, in a non-league battle.
