In Monday's non-league test, the host Franklin Patriots ice hockey team scored a tight 3-1 win over the Grosse Pointe North Norsemen.
The Patriots (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Milford (Highland, MI). The Mavericks enter the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Milford held off Central (Bay City, MI), 4-0, in a non-league test.
Next up, the Norsemen encounter the De La Salle Collegiate Pilots (Warren, MI) in a Michigan Interscholastic test, on Tuesday, December 6. Grosse Pointe North will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Pilots enter the test with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Warren Woods-Tower (Warren, MI).
