The Rabun County Wildcats basketball team (Tiger, GA), was toppled 48-40 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Franklin Panthers (Franklin, NC)

The Panthers now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tuscola for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 13. Franklin will confront a Mountaineers team coming off a 61-20 non-league win over Madison (Marshall, NC). The Mountaineers record now stands at 2-5.

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Lakeview Academy (Gainesville, GA). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 4-4 record.
