Winter Haven Blue Devils (Winter Haven, FL) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lake Region Thunder (Eagle Lake, FL), 72-26 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Winter Haven upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Davenport (Davenport, FL) to play the Broncos in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 4-1. Davenport won 73-38 in their recent non-league bout against McKeel Academy (Lakeland, FL)

Next up, the Thunder play the Ridgeview Global Studies Academy Explorers (Davenport, FL) in a bout, on Friday, December 16. Lake Region will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
