New York High School Basketball - Catholic Central topped by Colonie Central

December 10, 2023: Troy, NY 12182

The Colonie Central Raiders basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Catholic Central Crusaders to 56 in the Raiders non-league victory on Sunday.

The Raiders now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shenendehowa for a Section 2 Suburban - Blue contest on Friday, December 15.

The Crusaders (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Ichabod Crane (Valatie, NY). The Riders come into the Section 2 Colonial - Liberty contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Ichabod Crane prevailed over Taconic Hills (Craryville, NY), 55-48, in a non-league contest.
