The Niskayuna Silver Warriors basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks to 45 in the Silver Warriors non-league victory on Sunday.

The Silver Warriors now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Guilderland for a Section 2 Suburban - Blue contest on Tuesday, December 12. Niskayuna will battle a Flying Dutchmen team coming off a 68-38 league loss to Shaker (Latham, NY). The Flying Dutchmen record now stands at 0-3.

The Goldbacks (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Kingston (Kingston, NY). The Tigers come into the Section 9 Orange County I contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Kingston prevailed over Minisink Valley (Slate Hill, NY), 82-35, in a non-league contest.
