Virginia High School Basketball - Benedictine fells Collegiate

December 10, 2024: Richmond, VA 23229

The Benedictine Cadets basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Collegiate Cougars to 37 in the Cadets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cadets now possess a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to St. Stephen's & St. Agnes for a Interstate Athletic game on Friday, December 13. Benedictine will confront a Saints team coming off a 85-77 league win over Fairfax Christian (Dulles, VA). The Saints record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Collegiate falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Cougars host Cristo Rey (Richmond, VA) to confront the Royals in a Freelance game on Friday, December 13. The Royals go into the game with a record of 0-4.
