The Boyden-Hull Comets (Hull, IA) basketball edged the visiting Rock Valley Rockets (Rock Valley, IA), 50-46 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Comets now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Lyon for a Siouxland bout on Friday, December 13. Boyden-Hull will play a Wildcats team coming off a 71-37 league win over Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-0.
With the loss, Rock Valley falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Rockets host Okoboji (Milford, IA) to play the Pioneers in a Siouxland bout on Friday, December 13. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Okoboji lost 86-62 in their recent league bout against Unity Christian (Orange City, IA)
