New Mexico High School Basketball - Cottonwood Classical Prep tipped by Zuni

The Zuni Thunderbirds got by the visiting Cottonwood Classical Prep Coyotes basketball squad by a final score of 67-66 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

Next, the Thunderbirds clash with the Navajo Pine Warriors (Navajo, NM) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 13. Zuni will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Warriors come into the outing with a 1-3 record after their 57-51 non-league loss to Native American Community Academy/Evangel Christian Academy (Albuquerque, NM).

The Coyotes (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM). The come into the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Academy for Technology and The Classics was nipped by McCurdy (Espanola, NM), 46-44, in a non-league outing.
