In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Logan County Cougars basketball team scored a good 58-50 triumph over the Glasgow Scotties.
The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY). The Gators go into the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Greenwood topped Russellville (Russellville, KY), 65-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Scotties battle the Bowling Green Purples (Bowling Green, KY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 13. Glasgow will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Purples go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 82-43 non-league win over Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, KY).
