The Luther Prep Phoenix basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Jefferson Eagles to 32 in the Phoenix non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Phoenix now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Messmer for a Midwest Classic game on Wednesday, December 11. Luther Prep will confront a Bishops team coming off a 96-92 league loss to St. Francis (St. Francis, WI). The Bishops record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Jefferson falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Delavan-Darien (Delavan, WI) to confront the Comets in a Rock Valley - Valley game on Thursday, December 12. The Comets go into the game with a record of 0-2. Delavan-Darien lost 74-37 in their recent non-league game against Lakeside Lutheran (Lake Mills, WI)
