Washington High School Basketball - Lake Stevens overwhelms Stanwood

The Lake Stevens Vikings basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Stanwood Spartans to 55 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Monroe for a non-league game on Friday, December 13. Lake Stevens will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 58-48 non-league win over Meadowdale (Lynnwood, WA). The Bearcats record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Stanwood falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Spartans host Archbishop Murphy (Everett, WA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 1-1. Archbishop Murphy won 70-56 in their recent non-league game against Mariner (Everett, WA)
