Nebraska High School Basketball - Minden victorious over Lexington

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Minden Whippets basketball team scored a good 60-47 triumph over the Lexington Minutemen.

The Whippets (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Broken Bow (Broken Bow, NE). The Indians go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Broken Bow was topped by Holdrege (Holdrege, NE), 70-50, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Minutemen battle the York Dukes (York, NE) in a B District 7 contest, on Saturday, December 14. Lexington will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Dukes go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 49-43 non-league win over Waverly (Waverly, NE).
